Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Roles from 12 hours are also available, with shifts scheduled in advance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with products and services and offer help when needed.
• Support across the store: shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer focused decisions and complete key store routines.
