Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a Customer Experience Apprentice to join our Water division. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and supporting with planned works while gaining hands-on industry experience.

You'll enrol on the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship, delivered remotely with tutor support, and benefit from a generous holiday allowance, Christmas shutdown, and a tailored benefits portal.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Maths.
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and confident speaking to clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints via telephone and email.
• Managing customer communications and providing updates for planned works and interruptions.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, permissions and case updates.
• Supporting with the preparation and issuing of customer correspondence and access documents.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, procedures, data protection and customer service standards.
