Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking an apprentice Commercial Administrator who will join a dynamic team and begin a real role from day one.

You will contribute to administrative tasks while learning through a nationally recognised L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with remote delivery options. You will study online or via virtual classes with tutor support and regularly engage with your line manager to ensure progress, starting by August 2026.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills
• You must also be available to start full‑time work by August 2026

Responsibilities

• You will be enrolled onto the L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification with one of our training partners.
• This learning pathway is delivered entirely remotely, with online self‑paced or virtual classroom sessions and tutor guidance.

In order to fully develop in your role, you will be enrolled onto the L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification with one of our training partners. This learning pathway is delivered entirely remotely, and you will access online self‑accessed or virtually delivered classroom sessions, and one‑to‑one support from your tutor or coach. They will also meet regularly with you and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme.

Academic Entry Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have achieved, or be predicted to achieve by Summer 2026:

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics

• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel

• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills

You must also be available to start full‑time work by August 2026 and have:

• The motivation and dedication to successfully complete your apprenticeship programme

Please note, as this is an apprenticeship programme, in order to be eligible to apply you must not already have an equivalent level or higher qualification in the occupational area, or significant work experience.
