Argos Retail is seeking a Customer Advisor in Northallerton. This part-time role (12 hours per week) offers a fixed-term assignment with shifts including early and late options. You’ll help customers at tills and collection points, handle payments, and assist on the shop floor with product guidance.

Applicants must have UK right to work, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter.
• Collect products, take payments, explain financial services and process refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and stock room when needed, offering product guidance.
