Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, being the first point of contact, and promoting our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

You will work days, evenings and weekends, with full training provided on the centre's systems. A vibrant and friendly working environment includes a free gym membership for you and a partner/children at our 220+ centres nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to use computers confidently and accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service as first point of contact.
• Work days, evenings and weekends as required.
• Support centre systems during training and on the job.
• Contribute to a friendly, efficient centre environment.
