Job summary

NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) is seeking dynamic customer service individuals to deliver industry-leading support between 07:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:00 Saturday, and 07:00 to 17:00 Sunday. The role focuses on owning customer contact and providing timely progress updates to ensure first-class service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to respond via web chat and social media.
• Flexible approach to working environment and willingness to work across 7 days a week, including bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer contact and actively keep customers informed of the progress of their query to ensure first-class service.
• Undertake administrative duties to support colleagues across the business.
