VWFS UK is seeking a customer services professional to support consumers of Retail Finance and Aftersales products. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, update customer data, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth contract lifecycle processes.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, maintaining accuracy in data handling, and applying appropriate regulatory knowledge to customer interactions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Strong written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Understanding of the FCA regulations is desirable.
• Ability to switch between different teams and processes.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Enter / handle customer data, ensuring processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed.
• Maintain close liaison with all other departments within VWFS.
• Admin tasks such as validating customer documentation and processing end-of-contract options.
• Accurately update relevant systems with details of account activity.
• Work within agreed authority levels and take ownership of issues.
