As part of the Operations team, this Customer Engineer (CAD/CAM Solutions) role will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers using Lantek's CAD/CAM software solutions within manufacturing environments. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, assist customers with the installation and configuration of applications, and help users maximise the value of their CAD/CAM systems by providing technical guidance and explaining complex concepts clearly.
