Job summary

Crayola is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Executive in the United Kingdom to manage customer orders and day-to-day supply chain activities. You will work across Sales, Planning, Finance and 3PL to ensure on-time delivery, accurate order processing and proactive issue resolution.

The role emphasizes hands-on ERP experience (SAP), strong communication and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, award-winning brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, sales order processing, supply chain or logistics.
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally SAP, with confidence processing and managing sales orders.
• Clear communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused and accountable approach.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or a retail-facing environment.
• Knowledge of EDI ordering and major retail customer processes.
• Experience working with 3PL, warehousing or transport providers.

Responsibilities

• Create, process and maintain customer sales orders accurately within SAP.
• Validate orders against customer requirements, pricing, availability and delivery parameters.
• Manage order amendments, cancellations and delivery date changes.
• Monitor orders through order-to-delivery cycle and communicate issues and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance and 3PL to resolve blockers.
• Support inventory and logistics activities and drive continuous improvement.
