Qualifications

• Experience in fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment.
• Confident using computers and IKEA systems.
• Customer‑first mindset; makes the customer feel valued and supported.
• Take initiative and engage with daily tasks.
• Prioritise and organise work with attention to detail.
• Ready to safely lift, condense, and replenish stock.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inspirational shopping experience by actively approaching customers and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• Motivated by the product range and eager to learn the stories behind items and their design.
• Support sales by keeping your area clean, stocked, priced, well presented and easy to shop.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of stock to keep stock levels available for customers.
