Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment is advantageous.
• Confident using computers and digital tools, with ability to pick up IKEA systems and processes quickly.

• You take initiative, make informed choices, and stay on top of daily tasks.
• Prioritise and organise your own work with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inspirational shopping experience by approaching customers to identify needs and advising on solutions.
• Be motivated by the range and curious about the stories behind products and their design.
• Keep your area clean, fully stocked, priced, well-presented and easy to shop.
• Provide manual handling and safe lifting of stock as required.
• Support the sales team to ensure high standards of service during busy periods.
