Job summary

Streambank is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team in a fully office-based Cardiff role. You will work within a small team to keep the sales function organised and moving forward from enquiry to completion.

You will gain hands-on experience across CRM systems, data entry, reporting and stakeholder liaison, with a clear path to develop into a Business Development Executive position as you progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Manage and update CRM systems and internal databases
• Coordinate internal processes to support the sales cycle
• Liaise with BDEs to ensure timely task completion
• Liaise with lending operations to progress deals to underwriting
• Track progress of deals and maintain records
• Assist with data entry, analysis and reporting
• Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately
