We are seeking a Customer Development Manager to maintain profitable relationships with our core customers in the growing Wholesale channel.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, energetic, and creative Account Manager who values autonomy and responsibility, and is eager to help shape our expanding business. We will provide substantial support and training to ensure your success.
You will develop strategic account plans to maximize sales, enhance service to wholesale accounts, and proactively seek new sales opportunities across the UK.
Your responsibilities include driving profitable growth in a dynamic channel, developing annual business plans, and working closely with wholesale customers, sales support, dispatch, marketing, and NPD teams.
With a keen eye for detail, you will understand our customer journey and incorporate best practices within our space.
You will collaborate with our Creative Studio and Marketing Team to create bespoke POS and advertising content that reflects our story and values.
As a confident influencer, you will manage multiple stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively to differentiate Neal’s Yard Remedies from competitors.
