We’re recruiting for a Senior Customer Development role, primarily remote, as part of our enterprise sales team. This team at Blackbaud collaborates with prominent organizations in the social impact sector, including charities, educational institutions, foundations, and other fundraising and grant-making nonprofits across Europe.
Supported by our Solutions Consulting and Professional Services teams, you will assist social good organizations in increasing efficiencies and performance through the adoption of Blackbaud’s SaaS solutions and services. Your efforts will help streamline operations, boost fundraising, distribute grant funding, and support mission delivery. The role may also involve working with and influencing the CRM and digital marketing technology partners of these organizations, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integrators.
