• Owning, investigating, and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating across teams and utilizing troubleshooting tools.
• Participating in community knowledge sharing with peers.
• Developing technical and professional skills through training and readiness.
• Identifying and escalating potential product defects to improve Microsoft products.
• Communicating fluently in English.
• Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possessing 3+ years of experience in technical support or related fields.
