Overview

The Role and Team

This position is working 32 hours per week, any 4 in 6 days including bank holidays.

Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with our customers is crucial to our success.

In this role, you will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers' doors (regardless of the weather). You will enjoy meeting people and be willing to go above and beyond.

You will work within our coldstore at -20ºc. Protective clothing will be provided, along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink.

You will work as part of a team, helping the office and picking teams, with opportunities for movement between teams for flexibility and development.

Salary: £11.45/hour + bonus + benefits

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers on time
• Pick orders in the coldstore
• Use our app to update deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service
• Inspect your van before shifts
• Drive responsibly and legally
• Maintain your van (cleaning, refueling)
• Report discrepancies or delays
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Assist the office and picking teams as needed
• Report safety, stock, or vehicle issues
• Support team members during absences or holidays

Qualifications/Personal Qualities

Essential:

• Customer service experience
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held for at least 3 years)
• Basic computer skills, including phone apps
• Work stability evidence
• Secondary education

Desirable:

• Multi-drop delivery experience
• Care sector experience
• Warehouse experience
• Health & Safety awareness

• Good attendance and punctuality
