The role is part-time, weekend-inclusive, with shifts across mornings and afternoons. You’ll drive well-equipped vehicles and perform safety checks, while maintaining high customer service standards. Pay is £14.31 per hour, with a £3.75 night premium for hours 22:00–06:00.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to lift crates and walk stairs.
• Hold a full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with up to 6 penalty points.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly face for the Waitrose brand on the road and deliver great customer service.
• Discuss substitutions or changes with customers and process refunds as needed.
• Handle products with care and ensure safe, road-ready deliveries.
• Perform safety checks on the van and support wider warehouse tasks when off the road.
