Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work across various shifts including weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within their time slots.
• Load and unload the van safely and keep the vehicle tidy.
• Handle order changes and substitutions with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
