Tesco is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers’ homes. The role blends driving with personal service, requiring independence and a helpful, friendly approach.

You’ll work in a dynamic environment with support from managers and colleagues, and you’ll be paid hourly with guaranteed minimum weekly hours. Pay starts at £14.18 per hour and rises to £15.45 in M25 stores, with some locations offering additional payments.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Keep the van and work area clean and organised.
• Load the van safely and complete checks for roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes with customers and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with friendly service at the doorstep.
