Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to represent our brand on the road, delivering groceries to customers’ homes with a friendly, helpful attitude. You'll work independently most of the day while staying connected to a supportive team back at base.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and flexible shifts including 12–16 hour options. A full UK/EU driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence with ≤3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers’ homes with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Communicate order changes or substitutions clearly to customers and handle refunds where needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and van to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Deliver within customers' booked time slots and build strong relationships with colleagues.
