Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom. You’ll deliver groceries to customers’ homes, providing friendly service and upholding Tesco’s standards.

Shifts include weekend and evening windows; pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA licence for at least 12 months with ≤3 penalty points; flexible working options discussed during application.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s chosen time slot and provide warm, friendly service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Keep the vehicle, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised to deliver orders in perfect condition.
• Communicate clearly with customers about substitutions, refunds or changes to orders.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver the best service.
