Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Rawtenstall is seeking a part-time Customer Delivery Driver to support daily store operations by loading the van and delivering groceries to customers’ front doors with a smile.

When not on the road you’ll keep your van clean, help the team during busy periods, and take pride in delivering a friendly, reliable service while upholding Asda’s customer-first standards.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Load van and deliver to customers’ front doors with a smile.
• Assist customers and respond to delivery queries.
• Help keep the van clean and road-ready when not on the road.
• Assist the team during busy periods, including picking and packing online orders.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
