Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Newton Abbot for a full-time role. You will be delivering groceries to customers’ front doors, loading the van, and keeping it clean between trips. There is training provided to ensure you are confident on the route and in customer service.

The role includes weekends/evenings and a supportive team environment. You’ll bring a valid UK driving licence, a friendly approach, and flexibility to work a range of shifts.

Responsibilities

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
