Job summary

Asda in Rotherham is seeking a part-time Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team. You will load your van, deliver groceries to regular customers, and help keep online orders moving smoothly with a smile.

You'll be part of a busy, customer-focused team, with training provided. A valid UK driving license and flexible availability (including weekends and evenings) are essential.

Qualifications

• A valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience in retail or delivery services is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work afternoons, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the van and deliver to customers.
• Keep the van clean and ready for the next delivery.
• Deliver groceries to regular customers with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Support the team with online orders when busy.

Whether you're loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
