Job summary

Asda West Dundee is seeking a part-time Customer Delivery Driver to join the store team. You’ll load your van, deliver to regular customers, and play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You’ll need a valid UK driving licence, be flexible for weekends/evenings, and enjoy a fast-paced customer service environment. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a range of generous benefits including colleague discounts and a company pension.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings - no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Load your van and deliver to regular customers.
• Serve customers and ensure their orders reach their front door with a smile.
• Help the team during busy times and assist with picking and packing online orders.

Whether you're loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
