Job summary

Asda in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team. You’ll load your van, deliver groceries directly to customers’ front doors with a smile, and help keep the operation running smoothly during busy periods.

This part‑time, permanent role offers 22.5 hours per week at £13.10 per hour. You’ll need a valid UK driving licence, a friendly customer service approach, and flexibility for weekends and evenings. Full training will be provided.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

What you’ll bring:

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
