Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Feltham to join our store team. You’ll deliver to customers’ front doors, load and unload the van, and help with online orders when needed. Training is provided, and you’ll keep the vehicle clean and ready for the next shift.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused team, with weekend and evening shifts possible. A valid UK driving licence is essential, with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for 12+ months, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the van and deliver orders to customers.
• Keep the van clean and fit for the next delivery.
• When busy, assist the team with picking and packing online orders.
• Provide a friendly and helpful service with a smile during deliveries.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
