Responsibilities:
  • Deliver implementation and ongoing management of the customer data platforms from various vendors.

  • Maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.
  • Facilitate the collection, integration, and unification of customer data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data hygiene.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation models and predictive analytics to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Partner with analytics teams to leverage advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create personalized, data‑driven campaigns.
  • Enable real‑time customer journey orchestration/personalisation through the CDP.
  • Monitor and optimise the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to align the CDP’s capabilities with business goals on the client’s behalf.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to customer data management.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Certification in CDP technologies or related tools.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modelling.
  • Appreciation of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Comfortable operating in matrixed organisations and comfortable being part of cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of data integration processes, APIs, and database management.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data governance.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication and project management skills.
