Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Customer Master Data Governance & Quality Lead in Derby to own governance for Customer data in SAP and ensure accuracy across the data lifecycle. You will partner with data owners to ensure compliant handling, security, and timely data availability.

The role requires 6+ years in data governance, strong SAP experience, and a proven ability to drive data quality initiatives. You will establish policies, monitor SLAs, and provide insights to enable data-driven decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Customer master data governance, data quality management, or related roles.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Customer master data.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and data owners.

Responsibilities

Governance framework and strategy for Customer master data across SAP.
Own creation and maintenance of Customer master data policies, standards and processes.
Define data ownership and access protocols.
Lead data quality improvement initiatives and governance programs.
