Rolls-Royce Derby invites applications for a Finance Master Data Governance & Quality Manager who will own the governance framework for Finance master data. The role acts as data steward, driving data quality, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will partner with data owners, deliver continuous improvement, and embed a data-driven culture through education and training. This is a full-time, on-site position in Derby with a 12-month fixed-term scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance master data governance or related roles.
• Proven experience with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP Finance master data (Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Hierarchy management, GLs).
• Experience with Oracle HFM and DRM solutions.
• Experience collaborating with data owners and stakeholders.
• Leadership in data quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience in delivering a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and maintenance of Finance master data policies and processes.
• Define accountability and access for Finance data assets.
• Lead governance initiatives to improve data quality and act as data steward.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and embed governance across the organisation.
• Run governance meetings and input assessments for data capture.
• Design, measure, and improve data quality standards across the organisation.
• Ensure data integrity between systems and available to stakeholders.
• Provide SME on Finance data across the organisation.
• Partner with data owners to improve efficiency and value of processes.
• Establish trust by transparent data management supporting decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven culture through training and education initiatives.
