Position: Customer Services Consultant – MSD Software Compliance

Summary: Responsible for reviewing software compliance licenses for Broadcom’s Mainframe customers, analyzing contracts and customer usage, providing expertise and recommendations, and developing best practices for reviews.

Knowledge & Expertise: Full understanding of specialization area, creative problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in software licensing/pricing, excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Complexity: Handles diverse problems, evaluates data, networks with professionals, and coordinates with third parties. Works independently and collaboratively, providing regular updates, with minimal supervision.

Experience: Bachelor's degree + 5+ years or Master's degree + 3+ years related experience.

Role: Resolves issues creatively, applies principles and theories, works on broad problems requiring ingenuity, and contributes to complex projects. May guide junior staff and participate in high-level projects.

Responsibilities: Develop best practices for mainframe software compliance reviews, define criteria for customer reviews, ensure legal compliance, participate in audit meetings, review complex contracts and reports, analyze contract entitlements, summarize results, and communicate findings to leadership.
