Job description

MERJE is delighted to be partnering with this established and highly reputable global Hedge Fund who are looking to bring in a senior Compliance specialist to their London office.

As an experienced Compliance Officer in a team of 3, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's regulatory standards including:

• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes affecting the business
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
• Providing compliance training to staff at all levels
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors

Required knowledge and experience:

• 6-10 years in a broad Compliance preferably in a hedge fund, alternatives or asset management environment
• In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
