Risk & Compliance Consultant for Building Constructions Products (BCP)

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Consultant supporting the Building Constructions Products (BCP) Division within Construction Industries (CI). You will manage the audit lifecycle activities for risk-based audits, work on pre-audit readiness, facilitate communication and training events, and serve as the trade compliance SME in partnership with the Trade COE. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and the compliance community.

What You Will Do:

1. Facilitate audit lifecycle activities, coordinating with internal audit and the business.
2. Lead and participate in risk and compliance education, including regulations, policies, procedures, and trends.
3. Partner with the business to provide insights and resolve challenges, especially related to global trade issues.
4. Collaborate with the Trade COE on trade compliance activities, monitoring regulations and trade alerts.
5. Work with the legal team on legal and regulatory topics.
6. Support projects aligned with BCP and CI Compliance team efforts.
7. Report compliance issues to the division compliance manager.
8. Promote a compliance culture through leadership and example.
