Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Customer Collaboration Planner to drive item and category management across the Consumer segment and Customer Supply Chain in the United Kingdom. This customer-facing role focuses on Store In-Stocks, events, and the rollout of new and discontinued items, while reducing waste.

You will use customer data and demand planning inputs to improve forecasting and analytics. You will build strong relationships with customers, lead monthly and quarterly reviews with supply chain

Qualifications

• Proven background in customer service, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics, sales or materials management is required.
• Prior customer facing experience in sales or logistics is preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) required; Tableau/Power BI data viz preferred; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage items and categories across consumer segment and customer supply chain.
• Ensure store in-stocks, events, and new/discontinued items.
• Reduce waste and drive reporting/analytics.
• Collaborate with customers using data sharing tools to inform demand planning.
• Lead monthly and quarterly collaboration with customers and supply chain partners.
