Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasts for brand/market sets with transparent assumptions.
• Adhere to planning calendar, IBP cadence and forecast governance.
• Lead demand discussions in Demand Review and IBP forums.
• Challenge inputs using fact-based analysis and scenarios.
• Analyze historic trends, macro drivers, and portfolio dynamics to strengthen signals.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities; suggest mitigations.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, finance and supply to translate plans into forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Serve as a key contact for supply to ensure reliable execution of demand plans.
