• Manage hire requests from start to finish and ensure customers are contacted within agreed timeframes.
• Arrange delivery of replacement hire vehicles for customers.
• Source vehicles from alternative suppliers to meet customer needs.
• Keep customers updated on progress and meet agreed Service Level Agreement call times.
• Coordinate with Claims, Hire, branch teams and suppliers to arrange suitable vehicles.
• Update customer files accurately using the internal system.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections to optimise resources and control costs.
