Job summary

Dulux Decorator Centres, part of AkzoNobel, is seeking a full-time store associate to support professionals and DIY customers. You will help maximize sales and provide a memorable customer experience, including carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.

The role requires a 40-hour week with shifts between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, plus rotational Saturday mornings. Training and career progression are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
• Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
• Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, an informed conversation & personalized proposal.
• Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan.
• Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
• Load the van & plan delivery routes.
• Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
