Dulux Decorator Centre in Chelmsford is seeking a customer-facing retail assistant to support store and delivery operations. You will engage with professionals and DIY customers, deliver a warm welcome, and help maximise sales of AkzoNobel products.

This full-time role (40 hours) requires shifts 7am–5pm Mon–Fri and occasional Saturday 8am–12pm. A valid driving licence is essential, with a strong benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience serving customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with tradespeople and DIY customers.
• Comfort handling sales and product recommendations.

Responsibilities
