Job summary

Dulux Decorator Centres in Islington, part of the AkzoNobel family, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to support professionals and DIY enthusiasts. You will collaborate with instore colleagues and the UK Sales Team to deliver a memorable customer experience and drive sales for AkzoNobel products.

This 20-hour-per-week role requires shifts from 7am to 5pm on weekdays and some Saturdays (8am–12pm) on a rotation basis, with time off in lieu offered.

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store.

This is a part time 20 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
