Customer Care Transformation - Change Analyst

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Peterborough / Witham / Edinburgh (Our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office at least 40% of their time)

Salary: A competitive salary from £33,040, depending on experience

As a Change Analyst, you will support our business operational teams (Customer Care) in implementing change effectively. This involves collaboration with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Operations, IT, Change, and Proposition teams within a structured governance framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operational business readiness activities for projects and change initiatives within Customer Care
  • Identify cost-effective solutions while adhering to project and program principles
  • Highlight and report risks/issues for project risk logs and reports
  • Gather information and conduct business impact assessments with operational teams
  • Create test scripts and coordinate testing (BPP & BVT)
  • Develop procedures and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with teams to ensure organizational readiness and deliver training when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Business Readiness Experience: Skilled in identifying impacts and readiness requirements to ensure smooth project delivery, minimizing disruption
  • Proven Change Experience: Experience in operational change roles, preferably within financial services, with familiarity with Jira and relevant legislation
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and gather insights for decision-making
  • Adaptability: Capable of quickly reevaluating impacts amid constant change
  • Tactical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand organizational needs and plan for current and future states
