Job summary

Inver Energy and Amber Petroleum, part of the Greenergy Group, seek a Customer Care Agent to handle customer interactions, process orders, payments and invoicing, and support delivery teams from Fermoy. The role blends phone and face-to-face engagement to deliver superior service.

You will respond to customer needs, manage online orders, support front desk operations, and contribute to a positive customer experience across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer care role.
• Excellent administrative skills and IT proficiency.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer needs with a personalised service.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Process orders, payments and applications (budget payers, standing orders).
• Manage online web orders and front desk customer service.
• De-escalate disgruntled customers with patience and support.
• Evaluate complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Assist with filing, mailing, and other office admin duties.
• Upsell products/services and inform customers about new offerings.
