MADFINGER Games invites a dedicated customer care enthusiast to join our Brno studio. You will respond to players, investigate issues, and relay feedback to QA and the project team, while upholding a positive community culture.

Experience in customer support is welcome; passion for online multiplayer games and strong teamwork are essential. Relocation to Brno and EU work eligibility are required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to players quickly and help resolve issues.
• Identify and investigate bugs from player reports.
• Collect and categorize player feedback and patterns.
• Report findings to QA, project team, and stakeholders.
• Moderate community and ban cheaters to maintain a positive culture.

About The Project

Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. At MADFINGER, we have always strived to create incredible, world-class gaming experience, as players of our previous titles will attest. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to this vision and are determined to continue setting new standards in the gaming industry.

We're looking to add a new member to our customer care team to take great care of the community. This is your chance to join a team that helps players resolve their issues, answer questions, and report bugs. It is also an excellent opportunity to enter the gaming industry.

This is an on-site position in Brno, Czech Republic.

What Is Your Mission?

• Responding to players within the shortest possible time and looking for solutions to their issues.
• Identifying and investigating bugs from player reports
• Collecting and categorizing player feedback, identifying the most common patterns
• Reporting to QA, the project team, and key stakeholders.
• Maintaining a positive culture within the game community by banning reported cheaters and moderating toxic players.

Who Will Fit In With Us?

• English is your bread and butter - fluency in English is a must.
• Prior experience with customer support positions is welcome but not required.
• Deep knowledge of Gray Zone Warfare is a big bonus.
• An avid fan of online multiplayer games who is devoted to the world of gaming.
• You have a very high standard of teamwork and communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven.
• Willing to move to Brno.
• You are eligible to work in the EU (we don't offer visa sponsorship).
