MADFINGER Games is seeking an AI Programmer to implement highly optimized AI systems for immersive multiplayer gameplay. You will work closely with programmers and designers to design AI behaviors, navigation, and server-side AI scalability.

The role requires 5+ years as a game programmer on premium PC/console titles, strong C++ skills, and experience with networked AI. Relocation to Brno is offered with a comprehensive benefits package and EU work eligibility.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience as Game Programmer on premium titles for PC/Consoles, with at least one shipped as AI programmer.
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and performance optimization.
• Familiar with AI concepts, including Navigation, Path Finding, GOAP, HTNs.
• Experience implementing networked AI and optimizing them.
• Very high standard of communication skills and teamwork.
• EU work eligibility and willingness to relocate to Brno. Relocation support provided.

Who Will Fit In With Us?

• 5+ years experience as Game Programmer on premium titles for PC/Consoles with at least one premium title shipped as AI programmer
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and expertise in performance optimization and memory management
• Familiar with game AI concepts, including Navigation, Path Finding, Goal Oriented Action Planning, Hierarchy Task Networks, and more
• You can prove your experience implementing networked AI and optimizing them
• Very high standard of communication skills and teamwork
• Avid fan of online multiplayer gaming
• You are eligible to work in the EU
• It is mandatory to be based in Brno, so you must be willing to move. We can, of course, provide you with relocation support
