Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Ltd in the UK is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support our UK Fleet of Fork Lift Engineers and log maintenance records in the ERP system. You will handle calls and emails, process service requests, and escalate issues to meet KPI targets and service budgets.

Ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background, superb communication skills, and proficient IT abilities, including Word and Excel, with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Strong customer care background and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a professional telephone manner.
• Attention to detail with good organisational ability and workload prioritisation.
• Experience in a similar customer service/office role desirable.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new procedures.
• Fully IT literate with Word and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and keep them updated on all open work orders.
• Receive and log service requests; manage deadlines and SLA targets.
• Review daily clocking reports and adjust times where needed.
• Verify labour and parts on invoices and generate accurate bills.
• Enter PM agreements and schedule maintenance in the software.
• Review outstanding estimates and communicate with customers to close them.
• Handle incoming emails to the customer care address.
