Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an admin position, preferably in certification services.
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and advanced level of English required.

  • Support customers in Management System Certification and manage existing accounts.
  • Prepare price offers and contracts, schedule audits, and issue certificates.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting our growing portfolio of customers in the Management System Certification
  • Managing and caring for existing accounts
  • Preparation of price offers which includes working in our information system
  • Communicating final terms and conditions, preparing contracts
  • Scheduling audits, support for issuing certificates
  • Cooperating with other departments and units within DNV

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin position, preferably in a comparable position in certification services or consulting
  • Independence and high responsibility for entrusted tasks
  • Creativity and openness to the use of new solutions and concepts
  • Excellent work organization and proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and advanced level of English
