We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Administration Specialist responsible for supporting our customers with their finance and general administration. This role will also be responsible for helping to drive revenue through the renewal and upselling of maintenance contracts and consumable sales. This role combines customer service excellence with commercial awareness to maximize customer lifetime value.
