The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for reviewing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify trends and implement strategies that enhance service satisfaction. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders to meet customer needs, providing performance insights to senior management. It includes lone working, customer visits, and handling complex issues with professionalism and empathy.
You will develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality, while encouraging feedback to drive continuous improvement. Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies will help identify opportunities for service enhancement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience coordinating with technical teams, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
