Job summary

Orbit Credit Services in the UK is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join the team in Telford. The role offers a base salary of £26,500.76 (40 hrs) with progression based on experience, and a choice of 37.5 or 40 hour contracts.

Training lasts 3 weeks with an L&D trainer, and a 31 days holiday entitlement is provided. Shifts run Mon–Fri 8am–8pm and Sat 8am–6pm on a rotational pattern, with a day off before Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and active listening.
• Identify vulnerable customers and respond with care.
• Accurately update customer interactions across internal systems to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and support financial wellbeing.
• Follow up with customers to support routes back to financial health.
• Maintain compliant records and use questioning techniques to guide outcomes.
• Work with colleagues to deliver 5-star customer service.
