• Customer care experience in the homebuilding/construction sector is advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with customers, sub-contractors, site managers and management teams.
• Adept at maintaining accurate CRM records and timely documentation.

Mansioni

• Liaise with customers and sub-contractors to ensure after-sales/maintenance responses.
• Ensure materials and labour are planned before works start.
• Personally follow up with customers after legal completion to confirm satisfaction.
• Produce relevant documentation for customer care in a timely manner.
• Update the CRM system accurately to keep customer data current.
