Job summary

Talent Tent in Nottingham is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join the complaints team in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, listen to customers, take ownership, and help deliver fair resolutions in line with FCA guidelines.

The role offers hybrid working with two weeks training, a 37.5 hour week, and a discretionary annual bonus plus performance bonuses. Interviews in Nottingham with a September start and full induction on joining.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers, ideally in a phone-based or contact centre role.
• Confidence handling complaints or service issues while staying solution-focused.
• Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure within a regulated environment.
